Surface Phone Rumors

    
                            The year 2016 has been an amazing year for all the tech lovers with long awaited arrival of the Galaxy S7 and LG G5. But the most innovative product of the year is yet to come and that is the Surface Phone. While this hasn't been confirmed officially yet but close enough clues are given as the Microsoft’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Capossela stated last year that a windows phone needs a spiritual equivalent to the surface series and the company is working on a breakthrough device. This is good news for windows phone as this could be the knight in shining armor it desperately needs right now. The surface phone is expected to come with a mind staggering 4 GB of Ram, an Intel X3 processor or a snapdragon 820 processor and a design similar to that of the surface series which might mean an all metal ( magnesium, aluminum) and maybe with a kickstand. This specs could be different as the Panos Panay and his team is known for making products with beastly specs like the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4. There is also the possibility that microsoft  will use the BoomSound technology of HTC to deliver outstanding sounds as a main selling point with win32 support (You will be able to run desktop applications). This product will most likely have iris or face recognition and maybe liquid cooling too as the Lumia 950 xl already has it. The phone will continuum the strongest selling point and target business users. The phone is expected to launch with update called Windows 10 Redstone 2 besides the much awaited surface pro 5 and surface book 2. The wait for the redstone 2 update might mean the Windows mobile will have a many features to utilize the full power of the surface phone. The device will definitely will be a premium product and even be more costlier than a Iphone. The device was originally rumored to be launched on 2016 October but rumors suggest that it will be pushed back to Spring 2017
